Instead, it lit a fuse.
And Montana became the battleground before anyone even arrived.
1. Larry Comes Clean
Larry leaned back in his chair, exhaustion written all over his face, and dialed Jaden.
Larry: “Man… I don’t even know where to start. Ever since you invited Brooke to Montana, it’s been chaos.”
He paused, choosing his words.
Larry: “Bethany and Brooke? Every little thing turns into a fight. It feels like I started a war without meaning to.”
The confession hung heavy on the line.

2. War Zone at Home
Jaden sounded surprised.
Jaden: “A war? Seriously?”
Larry laughed bitterly.
Larry: “Doors slamming. Side-eyes. Explosions over nothing. I can’t keep up anymore.”
He rubbed his forehead.
Larry: “I need a strategy just to survive them in the same room.”
And that was the moment things stopped being fixable.
3. A Dangerous Call
Later that night, Jaden made a call he knew could change everything.
Jaden: “Lynette… since I invited Brooke to Montana, Larry says it’s been a war zone between her and Bethany.”
There was a sharp pause.
Lynette: “What did you just say?”

4. The Ban
Lynette didn’t hesitate.
Lynette: “Absolutely not. Nobody is coming to Montana.”
Jaden blinked.
Jaden: “Wait—what?”
Lynette: “All plans canceled. All visits banned. I will not bring drama into my home—especially not with a baby coming.”
Her tone made one thing clear.
This wasn’t a discussion.
5. No Negotiations
Lynette: “Drama breeds more drama. Some things stay private, Jaden.”
Jaden exhaled slowly.
Jaden: “Alright… nobody goes. Montana stays peaceful.”
The decision was final.
And the fallout had only begun.
6. Aftermath
Larry paced his living room, unaware of the ban he’d just triggered.
Brooke had slammed the door earlier.
Bethany hadn’t said a word since.
Larry (to himself): “I just wanted a little fun… I didn’t know inviting Brooke would start a war.”
Montana was officially locked down.
No visitors. No drama.
But with this family… peace never lasts.
